I made two purchases and after waiting a few weeks, I still haven't gotten anything. They said the item is back-ordered, but their site shows there's plenty in stock. I had to request a refund via Paypal.

I placed an order from Spain, but the initial package went missing. I reached out to customer service, and they quickly provided me with the option of a full refund or sending my order again. In the end, it showed up, and everything was great and at no extra cost. Gotta say, if something goes awry, they’ll make it right! Thanks a bunch!

I've bought a bunch of SW Legion items in the past few weeks, and they all showed up promptly and nicely packed. The company kept me in the loop with updates, and they were quick to respond when I had a question about when my stuff would arrive.

I snagged a hard-to-find Funko that was twice the cost at other places. It showed up in just 4 days, and the communication about shipping and delivery was top-notch. The item came in flawless shape. I’m really happy I decided to give Yachew a shot, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Ignore the Pre-order Feedback...

The real issue lies with Funko and their pre-orders, not the small shops. Funko's greed is hurting these businesses, and they’re the ones to blame for delays or mishandling of pre-orders. Honestly, just skip the pre-ordering. Patience is key; wait until the items are actually available. This applies to all small retailers, not just yachew. It’s not on them.

I had a great experience with the service; the pops were packed really well, which matters a lot to me as a collector. I’ll definitely be back.

I placed a pre-order for some Funko Pops with Yachew back in June. To give them some credit, these items were delayed multiple times and are still not out. What felt a bit more dishonest, though, was that Yachew said these products were 'in stock'. In fact, their website still states they are 'in stock'. This is really misleading for potential buyers.

When I reached out to Yachew for updates, they completely ignored five of my emails. Eventually, I had to go through Paypal and file a dispute, which Yachew also didn’t respond to. Thankfully, I managed to get my money back.

I wouldn’t gamble on this company again. Better to go with someone more reputable.

I decided to give it a shot despite the bad reviews since the price was still lower than anywhere else. I played it safe and used PayPal just in case. The item was shipped out fast, tracking info was given, and it showed up 9 days later—not too shabby for the holiday season!

I can't keep tabs on my order. I've looked high and low using the tracking number. No results at all! It's so frustrating!! I placed my order in mid-November, and here we are on December 22nd with nothing to show for it!!
